I needed tires, an oil change, and the replacement of a broken rear wiper arm before winter. I had a great experience hanging out with the shop dog, Danny in the waiting area.

Very disappointing experience being hung up on by Ryan at Rocky Mountain Car Care this afternoon. I tried to book online, and the Web site told me there was a problem with my account, and to call. So, I did--asking them what they need from me to address the account issue so I can book online (which is how it's convenient for me to book). Rather than taking my info so someone could look into it--no urgency on my part, I'd just like to be able to book online when I want to/need to book service--I got a lecture on "we don't always get what we want" from Ryan, followed by him hanging up on me. I'd been going there for a couple of years with all vehicles. I think it's now time for a change. Addendum (next day): I got a nice call from Steve (and Ryan) with an apology and offer to make things better. I went ahead and and booked the service I needed. We'll see how it goes from here. Revising rating from 1 to 4.

Hi Eric, My sincere apologies for Ryan's behavior on the telephone. He was out of line and he has been reprimanded for his unacceptable customer service. I cannot say enough about Rocky Mountain Car Care. They saved me over $1200 after I took my car to the dealership. The puppy in the front office is a nice touch and so sweet. I will only be bringing my car here from now on. Thanks Rocky Mountain!
