I drive a 2012 Mini Cooper Countrymen so, needless to say, my car is always in the shop (but that's a whole different review). I'm very particular as to which shop I take it to so when my "go to" shop told me they couldn't get my car in until mid December, I panicked. Not that tiny panic feeling you get when you lose your phone in one of your pockets. Like, my throat fell straight into my large intestine kind of panic. My car was leaking coolant all over the place so I knew I couldn't wait more than a day let alone a month! I called Rocky Mountain Tire and Auto and the owner, Oliver, told me to bring it in right away. I left it there with them for the day and they were kind enough to give me a loaner. I was kept up to speed on what my car needed and how long it was going to take to fix it. Everything was run by me before they started anything which was really encouraging and put my mind at peace. Car problems are TERRIBLE! It's even worse when you hand it over to someone you don't trust or is going to rack up prices on you. Luckily, I didn't run into that. The owner is the nicest guy I've ever met and his crew works really hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. The lobby was really clean and there was free coffee (bonus!) to sip on while you wait. It was just an awesome experience all around. I highly recommend this shop for your auto needs. ESPECIALLY if you have a Mini Cooper that is a total money suck.
